SUMMER PROTECTION FOR KIDS

Summer vacations are around the corner and the sun is scorching. Long sunny days and the over active kids. They won’t stay indoors because they are too restless to do that. They can’t sit at one place for long time. They will play outdoors and sweat…Get tanned….Get sick…etc etc. So here comes in play the role of parents to take care of your little ones. To keep them safe from the sun.

Being prepared to protect your children’s skin will help you prevent unwarranted disasters in outings or vacations. Sunrays are strongest between 10 am to 4 pm. It’s better to stay indoors during this time.
NEWBORNS ðŸ‘¶
Keep the newborns out of direct sunlight. When the newborn crosses six months then sunscreens can be applied.
SUNSCREENS
Look for sunscreens that contain zinc oxide or titanium dioxide with SPF 30.
Choose a broad spectrum sunscreen which protects against UVA & UVB rays....read more
